The second solo EP on City Bowl Wax Network’s digital imprint features a 4-track debut by Cape Town-based producer Ray Bennett. “Silo” reveals a gentle trip through a spectral blend of lofi-esque house & electro, imbued with Bennett’s signature warmth and vintage aesthetic. Ephemeral atmospheres and a strong sense of 90’s nostalgia permeate this spacious and ethereal EP, which sees Bennett moving freely between emotive melodies and elegant percussion, evoking distant memories, from the melancholic to the triumphant.
